1.1 PAYMENT & SHIPPING

1.1.1 PAYMENTS

Invoice

Orders are invoiced after delivery has been made. We send our invoices through Billogram, an online invoicing service. International orders within EU can be paid free of charge using IBAN and BIC codes, provided with each Invoice. Contact your bank if you need information regarding European International Bank to Bank transactions.

An alternative to IBAN is to pay via PayPal. However, any transaction costs associated with PayPal payments will have to be paid by the You, the customer. We strongly recommend and encourage IBAN payments for EU Business 2 Business transactions.

 

1.1.2 SHIPPING

All prices at luddfritt.se includes shipping to chosen destination. Prices including shipping are updated live when choosing weight and destination. At checkout, make sure your delivery address matches picked destination for goods. If not, your order will be maculated and you will be notified of this via email so that you can place a new correct order.

Delivery time

Deliveries to Sweden are usually made within 2-3 working days, depending on inventory status.

Deliveries to Eu are usually made within 5 working days, depending on inventory status,

Longer delivery times can occur in an event of heavy order loads, delays from our producer etc. Unexpected delays are notified via email.
